You should disable this site again. It is deceptive though. It now allows you to create a developer account. However, after going through all the trouble of getting a dev account, you still cannot submit anything. A message appears: 'sorry, we do not accept submissions for the moment'. Nor PAD nor manual submissions are possible.
I cannot log in. I have the message:
Email or password is not valid
I am sure that email is valid. Password is valid too.
