I just submitted a DMCA complaint to Google because they added our software without permission and refused to remove it.
Beware of Softpedia, Romania is well known for piracy and for crimes of every kind in internet. This is just a bunch of thieves that deserve a less.

Use that and stop complaining. Softpedia follows and obeys international copyright laws. Romania is an EU country, it's not Vietnam or Thailand where is imposiblle to remove something copyrighted.

Out of the top four, Softpedia is the only site which doesn't force you to download their own "installer" before you can even install the actual program. As was reported on Slashdot recently, Download.com unfortunately succumbed.
I hope Softpedia have the guts to stay like this, and if so, more power to them.
Also, when I asked them to include the ratings in the searches, they not only responded immediately, but also actually implemented my suggestion as an option. Great company.
