Tucows does now accept submissions via PAD

It seems to me that they expect you to pay to process the submission... my software is scheduled to be review within 150 days unless I don't pay 50$ :-|
Tucows freaks! Why pay money? They can not make a site. Adding programs is in manual mode! There are many good sites to publish the program.
I found it very difficult to fill in the Submit form. If you select the option to pick details from the PAD file and then use 'Browse' to point to the PAD_File, the page just ignores it. Tried a few times and then gave up!. Not a very convincing setting to ask for a $50. fee!

On Dec 4, 2011 I requested my Tucows account be deleted and all listings removed. Could not find a way to do that myself. Reasons as mentioned above and more.
